Great location, you are about 15 minutes walk from the main attractions and very easy access to airport via cab or metro + Cercanias Renfe. Breakfast was good and helpful staff.

Location is ideal for free and easy holidayers, many attractions nearby. Very short distance to the meeting point ( 14 mins walk) at Neptuna Fountain, for us to join Yellow Tour to Toledo, Segovia and Avila. A bonus to stay on level 6, it comes with a small balcony. Receptionists at Ibis Styles Prado, Madrid, are well trained! In hospitality, it is the staff that makes the hotel stay pleasant, comfortable and enjoyable. CARMEN is excellent! She recommended Yellow Tour, even helped to call and book tickets for us immediately and got us bus tickets of the following day!ANDREA patiently explained and showed us the location of Neptuna Fountain on the map, lent us bottle opener, gave us bucket of ice upon request; BEGONIA & GUILLERMO are always welcoming and smiley, no matter how early or how late the hour is.

A wonderfull 3 stars. The position is perfect for visiting Madrid, right in the historical center, near Plaza Sant Ana and Plaza Mayor and all other attractions. Everything could be reached by a short walk, no need for any transport. The staff is very friendly and supportive. Rooms are well fitted with every need even for a 4 stars. Beds are confortable and is very quiet. In every corner is perfectly clean. Beds are changed and fixed every day for 5 days, also towels!!! Breakfast tasty with local products, not cheap, good quality and for every tastes and preferences. Wifi also good. The price for what this hotel offers is just perfect. It was a nice experience and we would return with a great pleasure. 10.

The location of the hotel in the old town is excellent, many attractions are within walking distance. Many good restaurants and bars near the hotel. The breakfast selection is good and completely sufficient. The staff is very pleasant and helpful.

The location is fantastic, just around the corner from the Metro station (Anton Martin) and in a good neighborhood. We booked a room with a balcony which was an added bonus, especially in the mornings. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was a good size (if a little on the hard side). The staff were welcoming and very helpful, we even had a complimentary pastry on arrival. We stayed in early January, so it was quite cold at night - and we were provided with a thick blanket which was much appreciated. Would recommend.

The location was fantastic - the main attractions, museums and shops were within walking distance. The breakfast was very good and included healthy options. The room was cleaned and the towels were changed daily.

Excellent central location close to the Prado Museum and relatively short walk away from Sol and lots of other major attractions - so central that you can walk to most places. Friendly staff, quick check-in, very handy that invoice was sent by email. Very good breakfast selection with lots of Spanish pastries and it was especially nice to have churros and chocolate! Good facilities in the room (safe, kettle, fridge, good airco).

The location was excellent, literally 10-20 minutes to anything in the heart of Madrid. The breakfast was above average in my opinion. A lot of great options and was quite filling. The young lady working the breakfast was helpful, kind and kept the place clean. The staff was excellent overall. The people at the front desk were always helpful and friendly. Literally all of them.
